House History Package

Pricing starts at $150 for the first 10 hours and $15 an hour thereafter.

Includes, but not limited to:

​

  • Compilation of all available land deeds of property

​

  • Basic information on past owners of home

​

  • News and noteworthy story items if available

​

​

Organization History Package

​

Pricing starts at $200 for up to 10 hours and $20 an hour thereafter.

​

Includes but not limited to:

​

  • Compilation of all available deeds and records for history of organization

​

  • Basic information on past owners, presidents, management etc.

​

*If church, I will research previous pastors and noteworthy church members

​

  • News and noteworthy story items if available

Place History A La Carte

​

Pricing is $20 an hour for specific place history requests.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

​

  • Research of an individual linked to a place. example: past president or ceo

​

  • Individual records search such as deeds

​

  • News and noteworthy story items attached to a specific place

​

  • Photo identification. 

​
